Do I need a ticket to attend the graduation ceremony? Yes, you must have a ticket to attend the graduation ceremony. You may obtain your ticket through the high school.
Which entrance should I use to enter the Merrell Center? Use the South Entrance.
When can I enter the Merrell Center? You can enter the Merrell Center 90 minutes prior to the graduation ceremony.
Are the seats reserved? No, seats are not reserved and also may not be reserved prior to the graduation ceremony.
Will concessions be open for the graduation ceremony? No, there will not be concessions open.
How long is the graduation ceremony? Each graduation ceremony is approximately 2 hours long.
What is the cost of parking? Parking is free.
Do you have elevators? Yes, there are elevators located to the East and West in the South Lobby.
Do you have a handicap guest drop off? You may drop off handicap guests at the South Entrance.
Do you have handicap seating? Yes, we do have handicap seating throughout the arena. A Merrell Center Usher will assist you in finding a handicap seat.
Do you provide wheelchairs? Yes, we do provide wheelchairs. A Merrell Center Usher will bring you a wheelchair at the entrance and escort you to your seat and bring it back to you at the end of the ceremony and escort you as you leave the ceremony. The wheel chair may not remain with you throughout the ceremony.
How do I purchase a DVD of the ceremony? You will be able to purchase a DVD the day of the ceremony in the South Lobby.
May I bring a camcorder into the ceremony? Yes, you may bring a camcorder. However, tripods and other professional equipment are not allowed.
May I bring a camera into the graduation ceremony? Yes, however professional lenses are not allowed.
May I bring a stroller to the ceremony? No, strollers are not allowed in the ceremony. They will need to be checked in at Guest Services in the South Lobby.
May I bring food into the building? No, food and drinks are not allowed in the building.
